I need new avatars! Help?

I can't find any good avatars/icons anywhere, and I'm tiring quickly of all the ones that I have.
Does anyone have any good icons they would want to post, or have any good icon sites that they go to?

Okay, I'm doing this really quickly... so they aren't uhm... formatted all properly and such. But I'm sure you can change them to how you want them.
